Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Supercard Loyalty Card variants under the Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc. (SPAVI) and Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar (under Wow Brands Holdings Inc. or WBHI).
CARD APPLICATION
Supercard may be purchased at any Shakey’s, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar, R&B Tea Store, Project Pie and selected Potato Corner Kiosk (starting December 1, 2024) through dine-in, carry-out or in-house delivery.
To activate and unlock all the Supercard benefits, the Supercard member needs to register the card through www.mysupercard.ph/register-my-supercard.
Each Supercard is valid for one (1) year from the date of registration.
To avail any of its benefits, the member must show the Supercard to the store or delivery rider. A Supercard must also provide the card number while ordering for delivery.
To continue receiving news and updates on the Supercard benefits and exclusive offers, a Supercard information can be updated through the mysupercard.ph, our official Shakey’s and Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken Facebook Page, or through our official call center and is subject to identity verification.
CARD
Damaged or tampered Supercard will not be honored. SPAVI and WBHI will not be liable for any damaged or lost card.
A digital version of the Supercard may be viewed in the Shakey’s SuperApp under Supercard menu. The digital Supercard may be used independently from the physical card. The digital Supercard will appear in the Shakey’s SuperApp automatically after Shakey’s SuperApp registration/first log-in. The Supercard member must use the same mobile number.
If a physical Supercard is lost, the Supercard member may use the digital version in the Shakey’s SuperApp.
ONE-TIME BENEFITS:
The Supercard member is entitled to various One-time Benefits and Discounts during the card’s 1-year validity. A full list of these benefits are updated on mysupercard.ph
A. WELCOME TREAT
When Supercard members avail of a Supercard from any brand, they are entitled for one (1) Welcome Treat. The Welcome Treat will depend on the brand where the Supercard is purchased. Welcome Treats may vary per type of card (Classic, Gold, etc.) purchased.
The Welcome Treat may only be claimed during the time of purchase. Registration of the Supercard purchased is required to claim the Welcome Treat. This Welcome Treat is valid through Dine-in, Carry-out and In-house Delivery only.
B. WELCOME DISCOUNT
The Welcome Discount can be availed only for Supercards purchased in Shakey’s, Peri Peri Charcoal Chicken and R&B Milk Tea. The Welcome Discount cannot be availed for Supercards acquired in Potato Corner and Project Pie. Registration of the Supercard purchased is required to claim the Welcome Discount. The Welcome Discount can only be applied to Dine-in and Carry-out orders.
Classic Supercard members are entitled to 15% Welcome Discount with a maximum P500 off. Gold Supercard members are entitled to 20% Welcome Discount with a maximum P1000 off. Welcome Discounts are for single use only and must be used at the time of purchase. Discounts are not convertible to cash. Discounts are not valid with other discounts or promos, or for any contracted birthday parties and bulk orders.
For purchases of multiple cards, maximum discounts are stackable but discount percentages are not additive. For example, a member who purchases two (2) Supercard Gold cards will still retain the 20% discount, but the maximum discount is now P2,000 off (P1,000 off x 2 cards). For purchases with mixed card types (ex. 1 Supercard Classic and 1 Supercard Gold), the transaction will be split to apply the maximum discount per card type.
C. BIRTHDAY TREAT
Each Supercard is entitled to one (1) free Birthday Treat. The Birthday Treat varies based on the brand where the Supercard was purchased from. The Supercard must be registered and have a birthday on record. The Birthday Treat may be claimed for free through Dine-in and Carry-out. A P300 purchase is required for In-House Delivery.
The Birthday Treat is only available from 7 days before the member’s birth month to 7 days after the member’s birth month. The member must show the Supercard together with a valid Government ID (with a birthday) to claim the Birthday Treat.
Members may claim one (1) additional Birthday Treat at other brands except in Potato Corner with a minimum purchase of P300. For example, a Supercard purchased in Shakey’s may also claim a Birthday Treat in Peri-Peri Chicken provided that P300 purchase is also added to the same transaction.
D. BIRTH MONTH DISCOUNT
Each Supercard is entitiled to one (1) Birthday Discount. The Birthday Discount can only be claimed at the brand where the Supercard was purchased from. The Birthday Discount can be availed only for Supercards purchased in Shakey’s, Peri Peri Charcoal Chicken and R&B Milk Tea. The Birthday Discount cannot be availed for Supercards acquired in Potato Corner and Project Pie.
Registration of the Supercard purchased is required to claim the Birthday Discount. The Birthday Discount can only be applied to Dine-in and Carry-out orders.

A maximum discount of P500.00 for Classic Supercard members and P1000.00 for Gold Supercard members is applied for every transaction per one (1) Supercard. The maximum discount is not stackable for birthday discount. If the Supercard member has multiple Supercards, the discount will be applied for all Supercards but requires splitting the transaction.
FULL-YEAR BENEFITS:
The Supercard member is entitled to various Full-year Benefits and Discounts during the card’s 1-year validity. A full list of these benefits are updated on mysupercard.ph
A. BUY ONE, TAKE ONE
The Buy-One-Take-One Pizza benefit is an exclusive benefit by Shakey’s, R&B Tea and Potato Corner (starting December 1, 2024) to active Supercard. It is available for in-house delivery and carry-out transactions only.
The member must purchase any Regular, Large, Party pizza or Pizza Americana (any flavor except Classic Cheese) with a 500mL Coke Product (for Regular Size) or 1.5L Coke Product (for Large, Party or Pizza Americana Size). The member may choose from the FREE Pizza flavors listed in the menu at the time of purchase. Flavors may vary.
A maximum of three (3) free pizzas may be availed per order.
B. 10% DINE-IN / CARRY-OUT DISCOUNT
The 10% Discount with a maximum P500 off is applicable for Dine-In or Carry-out transactions in Shakey’s, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken, and R&B Milk Tea. The 10% Discount is applicable for both Classic and Gold cards, and is available for the whole year the card is valid.
The maximum discount is not stackable for this full year benefit. If the Supercard member has multiple Supercards, the discount will be applied for all Supercards but requires a split transaction.
When availing the Buy-One-Take-One Pizza benefit for a carry-out transaction, the 10% discount cannot be used on the Buy-One-Take-One benefit. Members must choose only one of the two benefits to avail.
The 10% Discount does not apply to products and bundles already on discount due to a promotion or limited time offer. Same treatment must be followed during Promo Vouchers/ codes redemption.
C. FREE COFFEE / UPGRADE TO BOTTOMLESS
Supercard members are entitled to get a FREE cup of coffee or FREE upgrade to bottomless drink for every dine-in transaction. Subject to item availability in the store, the Supercard member may opt to have a cup of hot tea instead of coffee. A minimum purchase of P300.00 is required.
FREE Coffee or upgrade to bottomless drink is only applicable for Shakey’s and Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar only.
D. SUPERPOINTS
Supercard Classic members earn 1 Superpoint for every P100.00 spent in Dine-In and Carry-out purchases. Supercard Gold members earn 2 Superpoints for every P100.00 spent in Dine-In and Carry-out purchases. Only purchases from Shakey’s, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar restaurant, and R&B Tea are included.
One (1) Superpoint is equal to P1.00 and can be used to pay for purchases from any Shakey’s, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar restaurant and R&B Tea. Available via Dine-In, Carry-Out, and In-house Delivery.
Superpoints expire thirty (30) days after the Supercard expires. During this 30-day period, the Supercard member must use the points, or transfer the Superpoints to his new or previously registered Supercard. The points will be transferred if the new Supercard is registered using the same mobile number previously used by the Supercard member.
E. LIMITED TIME OFFER / PROMO VOUCHER
An active Supercard member may avail limited time offer and promo vouchers, all other benefits may not be applicable during its redemption. Safekeeping of the promo voucher codes is the responsibility of the Supercard member.
CHANGE OF SUPERCARD OWNERSHIP
A registered Supercard may be transferred to other person through Shakey’s Social Media Messager. Please provide full name and mobile number of the new owner. Status of the Supercard such as expiration date, earned Superpoints, welcome treat and birthday treat will remain the same.
Members can avail all program discounts and benefits as specified above in Shakey’s stores nationwide except Cebu MCIA and NAIA Terminal 3 branches, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar, Stand-alone R&B Tea stores, Project Pie and selected Potato Corner kiosk.
SPAVI and WBHI reserves the right to modify or amend the program, or any part of it, where appropriate without prior notice. Benefits may be revoked at any given time if a member is found to be abusing the program.
